These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
